CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION - story page number seven
The
poor old 900 was in a sorry state when Alan first started stripping it.
Battery acid had boiled over and run down the frame corroding all in its
path. Alan planned to eventually change the frame colour from black to
silver so it wasn't an issue.
Theold Benelli rubber foot pegs
can be seen on the left of the picture and these were due for upgrading
as well. Unbeknown, the brake pedal was to prove a later installation
problem.
