Sachse Electronics spark distribution system sits on the RH
side of the crankshaft and visually looks simplistic compared to the
original Bosch system. Closer inspection reveals lots of complicated
electrical wizardry. |
The Benelli firing system means that
it ignites 2 cylinders at a time. Only the one at TDC actually generates
power while its partner piston is usually at BDC and does nothing. The
green unit you see in the picture has 3 red illuminating diods to
confirm firing is correct. |
