What a gratifying time, Chris Grant has started to decorate the interior,
using 1m wide GRP wallpaper, pre-undercoated and then silk coated in Dulux
Timeless paint. A slightly off-white colour for both the walls and ceiling
panels. It took Chris ages to prepare and fill all the wooden paneled
walls where screw fixings and general unevenness prevailed.
Eddij Paal and his carpentry team built the
snake wood matching headboard and Frits installed the pelmet mounted LED
controlling light switches into the headboard, one each side for easy
occupant control. Unfortunately Alan chose the wrong (white) colour clip
on covers which he will change for antique brass ones to blend,
particularly when the wood is finally varnished.
The dark coloured wall switch behind the
table lamp-shade is the Webasto A/C room control.
