CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION - story page number forty-eight
This the Benelli's first time out on the road and off to the MOT test station so that it could be road licensed. Amazingly it felt very stable and comfortable on the highways. The MOT station found a weeping front caliper seeping a small amount of brake fluid over the otherwise excellent AVON Roadrunner tires. A quick wrench with a spanner resolved it and a certificate was duly supplied. The rear shock absorbers proved to be unsuitable and being changed for some adjustable HAGON Shocks enabling spring stiffness and more importantly damper ratings to be adjusted in both bump and rebound. Alan is always looking for fine detail to improve the quality of the bike.
