The final of JENAL's completion
is now in sight with the interior being insulated with
3M Thinsulate. This initially proved to be a 'challenge' because the
'dyed-in-the-wool' boatyard were reluctant to use this new hi-tech
product. Alan assisted by giving them a special cutter that quickly
sliced through the Thinsulate and Jan Ament made a jig to cut the
material to the exact width between the frames. In the end, it was quick
and easy. Click
here for more details of the insulation process.
