JENAL starts to look very 'boaty'. At last, we found a company who actually delivers on time, called Jachtbouw De Alm. Within one month, they made, delivered and fitted the teak sun-deck flooring. The total floor was vacuum sealed down rather than screwed because screw holes have a habit of letting water through and the aft cabin is directly below! The aft cabin emergency escape hatch is upside-down to the left, having its teak section stuck down. The teak floor is awaiting its final sanding to remove the remainder of the excess black sealant before final oiling. |
