The poor external weather allowed Frans to make some sense of the internal bathroom tiles we had bought some 6 years prior. He was tasked with installing our large tiles onto surfaces that are not suitable because they are not a simple flat surface, particularly the hull side.

Genius as he is, he came up with diagonally cutting the large tiles and beveling the raw cut edges to give an attractive appearance. The dark grey wall covering is the tanking material Frans encapsulated the fore and aft bathrooms, prior to tiling, to make sure any water that may pass through the eventual grouting, did not damage the wooden walls.
