August~13 The boom needed some kind of anchoring to allow it to be set straight-ahead as a stay sail in cross-winds or let out as additional wind power when the ideal conditions prevailed. Alan utilised the well fixed master bedroom roof vent boxes as a bolt on positioning for cleats. Simple and effective. |
