A view along the hallway towards the aft cabin and bathroom. For reasons you would find difficult to believe, it took 6 months to make and fit these stain-glass leaded-light doors into Jenal. Delays included the supply of incorrect hinges, 3 incorrect delivery times, broken glass panels - an accident whilst in storage at the carpenters factory and the replacement glass further delayed by the leaded light maker falling ill.

Now they were installed, they looked very good with a styling nod to barge traditions and they achieved their objective of adding light to otherwise darker areas. Also J&A could use their bathroom facilities without fear of being accidently viewed by the active trades.
